About the BABC in Yorkshire and the Humber
The British-American Business Council of Yorkshire and the Humber is
a company limited by guarantee, registered in England.
Our Management Board, with representatives from regional businesses
with transatlantic interests, provides financial governance for the
company. The Board meets quarterly and may be contacted in writing,
via the Administrator.
Our Steering Group provides direction on policy and events and
comprises representatives from private and public sector
organisations with an interest in enhancing opportunities for
transatlantic business. This group meets regularly and may be
contacted via the Administrator
Our Administrator meets with new members and arranges business
support and events for members, including visiting members from
other regions. The Administrator may be contacted at the BABC
Yorkshire and Humber office in central
Leeds.Access to the transatlantic network
The BABC maintains a
central administration office in New York and each regional organisation has an
office, providing an access point in major cities throughout the UK
and North America.
Members can access member companies, events while on business
trips, business services, discounts and information throughout the
transatlantic network by:
