Aaron Mowla, President and Chairman

Aaron is Chairman of the Aarcos Group of Companies, with business interests in over 65 countries worldwide, in fields as diverse as environmental technology and management, biometric identification technologies, and US/UK Business Security Projects. Aaron has been President and Chairman of the British American Business Council for Yorkshire and the Humber since 2008, and from 2004-2009 was Vice-Chairman of the Institute of Directors in West Yorkshire, UK.

Sean Gilligan, Director

Sean is the Managing Director of WebAnywhere Limited. He graduated from the University of York and went on to work with several successful IT sector companies such as TEAMtalk.com and the Caudwell Group. In August 2003 he founded WebAnywhere and completed his first delivery project for Egg, the online bank. WebAnywhere's subsequent move into the education sector has seen the company go from strength to strength. WebAnywhere are now trading globally with their web 2.0 software solutions and are actively marketing their products to North America.

Jonathan Forrest, Director

Jonathan is the Branch Manager for DSV Air & Sea Ltd. operation in Leeds/Bradford & Newcastle. He has over 25 years’ experience in the international air & sea freight industry starting an export clerk with a small airfreight forwarder in Bradford back in 1987 before moving on into various sales roles before joining DSV in 2006. During his career he has worked a wide range of different industries in the North of England who import and export worldwide, including companies with business to and from the USA. In common with the other board members of the BABC Yorkshire, Jonathan has a keen interest in US culture, especially its sport. Jonathan is a keen NFL fan and follows Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but his claim to fame is that during his last visit to the US he got the chance to drive a NASCAR racing car at the WDW Speedway, Orlando.”

Julie Carr, Director

Felix Prevost, Director

Felix Prevost is an International Manager with HSBC. In his current role as an International Commercial Associate, he manages relationships with businesses trading internationally from West Yorkshire. Prior to joining HSBC in the UK, Felix has lived, studied and worked in seven countries, most recently in Hong Kong where he coordinated and helped manage the sales team across 21 countries for HSBC's Global Payments and Cash Management Asia-Pacific team. In university, he co-founded an online foreign exchange trading forum. Felix holds an MScF in Financial Engineering and Risk Management from HEC Lausanne, Switzerland, and a B.A.&Sc. from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.

John Lucas, Director

An engineering graduate from the University of Bath, John Lucas has been running multi-site businesses in the UK and the US for fifteen years, with the last eleven years resident in the USA. He now splits his time between the UK and the USA with his business Link Alliance LLC, which offers support services in sales growth, start-up and acquisitions to British and American firms seeking transatlantic growth.
